Editing

All translations are thoroughly checked by our quality experts to ensure correctness and language appropriateness. The process of editing involves correction of grammatical mistakes, misspellings, mistyping, incorrect punctuation, inconsistencies in usage, poorly structured sentences, etc.

Proofreading

This is the last stage of the translation process. It includes review of the translation against the original for any typos, inconsistencies, general layout, etc.

Localization

This is a process of adapting a previously translated text to a specific country or region, which is more commonly known as “cultural adaptation” and takes into account the differences in the specific markets or target groups.

Pricing and timing

Generally the price is calculated on the basis of the number of words of the translated text (1 page is 1800 symbols including spaces) and may vary depending on certain factors, such as time and difficulty. For projects for EUR 100 or less full payment is required upfront. For projects over EUR 100 we require 50% deposit upfront and the outstanding balance must be paid prior to delivery.
